A Family Passion for Craft Beer
Our Story
Finger Lakes Brewing Company was born from a love of great beer and a deep connection to the Finger Lakes region. What started as a home brewing hobby quickly evolved into a passion project, and eventually, a full-fledged brewery.
We chose to restore an 1800s barn on the hillside overlooking Keuka Lake as our home. The barn's weathered beams and stone foundation tell stories of the generations of farmers who worked this land before us, and we're proud to continue that agricultural tradition.
Today, we source nearly all our ingredients from farms within 50 miles of the brewery. Our barley, wheat, hops, and specialty ingredients come from neighboring farms, while our fruit additions highlight the incredible produce the Finger Lakes region is known for.

We believe great beer starts with great ingredients. By sourcing locally, we not only support our community but also ensure the freshest possible flavors in every batch. Our brewing approach combines traditional techniques with modern innovation, always respecting the craft while pushing creative boundaries.
